Glow is back, after a hiatus last year. I went to the first Glow event in 2008 and hopefully they've learned their lesson the second time around; there were an overload of people and the installations were a bit scarce... It's a cool idea, so I do hope that Santa Monica does put on a better event... or else I'm gonna have to get my glow kicks at Disney's California Adventure.
